Cancel a subscription

Cancel where you subscribed.

• On the App Store (iPhone): open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ABR Labs, then Cancel Subscription.
• On Google Play (Android): open your subscriptions in Google Play, choose ABR Labs, then tap Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
• On this website: cancel on your account page.

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not delete your account: your progress stays, so you can come back later.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases can be refunded by Google within 48 hours: on play.google.com, open your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, and choose Report a problem. After 48 hours, write to us. For purchases made on this website, write to us.

Delete your account

Delete it in the app or the web app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you no longer have the app, write to us from the email address on your account and we will delete it. Details are on the account deletion page.

Your data

What we keep, why, and for how long is in the privacy policy, published at launch. To ask for a copy of your data, write to us.
